Payment & Refund 

Payment

You can make your payment fast, easily and safely via PayPal. All of the payments are under the protection of the refund policy. For more information about the refund policy, please read below.

Refund

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all our Magento extensions. The customer can get a full refund within 30 days after the purchase if they found and reported any bug that we can’t solve unless the copyright is infringed. To get the refund, please send your request to support@tigren.com. All refund requests submitted after 30 days will be rejected. Besides, fees for installation and customization services will not be refunded.

Furthermore, please make sure you’ve removed the extension from your website after receiving the refund.

Delivery

Delivery with installation

In case that you want to use our installation service, remember to mark on the Installation service checkbox before adding the extension to cart. As soon as your payment is completed, our technical team will actively contact you to get the information, and then help you to install the extension on your site.

Delivery without installation

The module package will be available for download once your payment is completed. You will get a download link on your email which was submitted during the registration. At the same time, you can download the file in My Account. After downloading the module, you can install it on your site yourself based on our provided user guide and make any customization according to your needs.

Updates

We provide free lifetime updates for all of our paid Magento 2 extensions and themes. You can easily find the latest versions of your purchased modules and plugins in your My Account.

Customization

In case that you want us to customize any part of the extensions to meet your needs, please send your request to info@tigren.com. Then, we will give you an estimate of time and cost for that customization.

Support

When buying Magento modules and plugins from our store, you will get fast and enthusiast support from our dedicated Magento developers. However, we can’t give you support for issues related to installation or any customization. Apart from that, if you face any problems when using our products, please Create a ticket or send your email directly to support@tigren.com. Our support team will try to respond to your request as soon as possible within 24 hours on working days.

Another thing that you should know is that for each of your purchased extension, we can provide support for only one domain. Moreover, we offer 3-month free support for all themes and extensions in our store. After that, if the customers request our support, we will charge $25 per support hour.
